What is your turnaround time?
We typically fulfill and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Please note that turnaround time may vary during holidays or based on our current production schedule.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at admin@ainilaser.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it. Please note, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as we have no control once the package is with the carrier. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.

Can I see a proof of my product before it's shipped?
We do not send finished product proofs, but if you request, we can provide a digital design proof prior to production.

Custom Items

Can you create a custom item or design?
Yes! We’re happy to work with you on custom designs or items. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the request.

Can you engrave my logo?
Yes, we can engrave logos. Please ensure that your logo is submitted in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format for the best results.


Wholesale Orders

Can you accommodate custom wholesale orders?
Yes! Please reach out to us directly for any custom wholesale order requests.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties or export fees once the item has shipped.

Do you offer local pick-up?
No, we do not offer local pick-up.


Boards

Why does the engraving on my board look lighter or darker than expected?
Each board is made from natural wood, and the engraving may vary depending on the specific grain pattern of the board. This makes each board a truly unique, one-of-a-kind piece.

Do you apply any finish to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
Yes, we apply a food-safe oil to all of our boards once they are engraved and before they are shipped. This enhances the natural beauty of the wood and ensures that the boards are ready for use right out of the box.

Can I put my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?
No, please hand wash your board using warm water and a sponge with mild soap. Dry immediately with a towel. Do not submerge the board in water or leave it soaking.

Why does my wood product have imperfections?
Our wood products are crafted from natural materials. Occasional imperfections such as knots, grain patterns, or slight variations in color are natural and add character to each piece.

Why does the engraving on my item look different from the pictures?
Natural wood grains affect the engraving process, meaning that each engraved item will have slight variations in shade and depth, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
