Return & Exchange Policy

At Ai Ni Love Laser, each of our gifts is made to order with care and precision. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and order modifications.

Non-Returnable Items:

• We do not accept returns on any made-to-order or personalized goods, including monogrammed items.

Order Changes:

• If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at admin@ainilaser.com immediately. All changes must be confirmed by us before proceeding with the order.
• Changes are only accepted if confirmed via email before the order has been processed.

Claims & Issues:

• Any claims regarding your order must be made within one week (7 days) of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be honored.
• If a mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please send a photo of the issue, and we will confirm the replacement details with you.
• If incorrect information was entered during the ordering process (such as wrong personalization details) due to the buyer’s mistake, we cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds.

Damaged Items:

• If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellations:

• We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been processed. Orders are promptly printed and processed to ensure quick turnaround times. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
